Miyachi Unitek's LW5AM micro laser welder is designed to meet the stringent demands of FDA Process certification and provide reliable long-term performance for laser welding medical devices, implants, surgical tools and other small, delicate components.
At 0.25W average power, the LW5AM micro laser welder is capable of a 30 micron spot diameter for precision welding applications and features real time power feedback, 20-segment pulse shaping, and IAD coated variable beam splitters.
