小型元件的焊接要求實現精確的控制以及激光設備、刀具和動作的完美配合。 全新LF系列微型激光焊接系統可以滿足這些要求，其焊點直徑可小至10微米，並具有確保功率和脈衝至脈衝穩定性的優異性能。 

光纖激光源功率範圍在160瓦-1000瓦不等，可提供單模和多模配置，可在脈衝或cw模式下操作，適用於生產要求各異的應用。
